511. 9. I am so disgusted with the autopsy results and no pointed to things in the autopsy report (I just read it online) regarding bruises on her back and shoulders among other things. It merely mentions Dr. Perper's comment about not knowing if the raging abscess and subsequent infection from the dirty needle used on her buttock. He actually admit that he doesn't know if it was self-injected or who did it. He also said something even more ridiculous adn that is: "she was happy leading up to the day of death." Who the hell did he interview? Let me guess, hmmmmm...

Have you ever had CPR ? the red marks on her back/shoulders quite likely were from aggressive CPR that lasted over an hour.

Also if you did infact read the report of DR Perper you would know that he clarified there was no suspicion of a "Dirty Needle" I also dont think he ever called the ruptured abcess which was *under the skin and not noticble* as raging.
And although he does not know how she was injected he did say that the injection, nor the abcess, nor the infection is what caused her death.
And that such injections and abcess are not uncommon when this is the way the suppliments she was taking are administered.

There is no smoking gun here, no matter how much you want to hang somebody for this tragedy.(You might want to ask yourself why that is by the way)

Whether you are pleased with or choose to believe the facts is on you ofcourse, but I assure you, the experts in this case know more then what is reported by this and other tabloid news, and certainly more then you. And I for one am grateful that those experts follow the facts and not their collective imaginations.

512. 30. What I find more interesting is the time lines given in the scene investigation report, they do not appear to coincide with the time given by the ME in his report today. I thought he stated she was last talked to at 10 and Stern left. This report says much later and includes other people being there before Stern left, namely King Eric from the Bahamas.... wondering which time line is correct...

If you watch or read the actual timeline you will find that

Howard woke up aprox 10:00 am Anna was awake in bed and asked for help to the bathroom, He helped her to the bathroom then she wanted to go back to bed and so he put her back in bed. He then returned the bathroom and showered and dressed.
Anna was sleeping and he went and watched tv in another room, while waiting for friends form the Bahamas to arrive, after they got there he went to the room to wake her up but King Erik told Howard to let her sleep.. so soon after he and the others left to go and make the final arrangements per her wishes for the boat so they could return to the Bahamas
Moe also had and errand and so she was still with Taz (A nurse) and King Eriks wife, infact Taz was in Annas room on the computer after they left for about an hour.
@ aprox 1:pm the friend went to check on Anna and told Taz Anna didnt look right , Taz went over and looked at Anna she didnt appear to be breathing so she called Moe and only afterwards started CPR on the bed. (not effective)
(Sadly she panicked instead of doing what she should have and pulled her off the bed and starting CPR and having the friend call Moe)

Moe hurried back after calling Howard, He arrived at 1:38 got Anna on the floor and started CPR. Paramedics were called aprox 1::40 pm

Paramedics arrived in 6 minutes.

Its very sad that Taz didnt call 911 right away, because Dr Perper said that the CPR did have some effect because the atropine was able to distribute in her bloodstream, which would not be the case had she been dead for very long.

Nothing was ever said about Anna being Blue.
Its likeley that when she was discovered she had extremely slow and shallow breathing and a slow and fient heartbeat that was very hard to detect, but 40 minutes later help was just too late.

Besides Dr Perper said it is possible that even had 911 been called right away its very possible it was still too late to save her.

HKS and Dr. E planned on Daniel's Death and Anna's death. It was easy to do, since Anna was an addict. Anna had no sense of what she was doing. Everyone of us saw the Clown Video and old Dr. E. at Xmas holding Dannilyn, while Anna opened the presents stoned. That Dr stood there and laughed and so did HKS. How anyone can state that Anna did not want to go to the hospital, while in the Hard Rock, after seeing those videos ,is amazing to me. Anna had no mind of her own anymore. She was totally drug addicted. .HKS & Dr E knew exactly what they were doing. Even Big Moe stated that HKS gave Anna drugs and kept her in a total drug state. Then Big Moe disappears out of sight, not to be heard from again. HKS is a cold and calculating Murderer. He must have scared Big Moe, and then this Dr. Purper, he calmly states it was accidental when Big Moe had stated that HKS had given her drugs in the Hard Rock. Then a list appears that was faxed to Dr. Kapoor from Dr. Khris Eroshevich, with enough drugs to kill five people. Kapoor told Dr. E "No"; then Dr. E tried to get them from a drug store in CA. Yet, no one states through circumstantial evidence that they were out to Murder Anna Nicole Smith. This is nothing but a big cover up. Verggie should hire her own detective to investigate these double murders. She should also have a second autopsy done on Anna. Everyone seems to lose the real MOTIVE HERE. It is MONEY. Remember, they killed Daniel for a motive also. With him out of the way, there is no one to claim the Marshall money, except a baby. The Father will contrail that money. Also, with Daniel out of the way, no one can even check on Anna and see what is going on with HKS and Dr. E. Killing Daniel left Anna at the mercy of HKS and Dr. E. There now was no one to even stop by and see what was going on. It was open forum for them to now murder Anna, and that is exactly what HKS & Dr. E did. What a motive - Entertainment tonight - three million dollars for Anna's funeral, settlement of Marshall's Estate from 89 Million to possibly $475 Million. Maintaining he is the Father of Dannielynn, so when the Marshall Estate is settled, he will control all of that money, either through keeping custody of Dannielyn or keeping the executor ship with Old Ron Rale, his former partner.Is is now time for Verggie to step up to the plate and get a detective and another autopsy. Enough is enough with this BS. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT HKS with the help of Dr. E. MURDERED DANIEL AND ANNA NICOLE SMITH. Verggie does not need to take this sitting down.

WHY DID THE NURSE FIND HER LOOKING BLUE AND STARTED CPR, CALLED HER HUSBAND AT 12:30 PM AND WAITED UNTIL HER HUSBAND RETURNED TO THE ROOM AT 1:40PM BEFORE CALLING 911? THAT IS A WHILE HOUR WHERE SHE COULD HAVE RECEIVED HELP AND POSSIBLY BE RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL. HOPE ANNA CAN R.I.P. THE PEOPLE SHE TRUSTED ARE SCUM BAGS THAT LIVED OFF HER FAME AND FORTUNE

In my opinion, she DIED before a LEGAL marriage for these reasons:

1. She was NEVER going to marry HKS. He talked her into a "commitment ceremony" for ET $$$$. No one, not even Sterns people, have corroborated that there was to be a real marriage in Feb. Not even the two gay husbands, who, for some reason had no wedding dress plans, BUT did know what attire she wanted to wear to her FUNERAL!!

2. A real wedding would have been too obvious, with the timing etc. It would have set off the few remaining people who knew the truth about their relationship...

3. As executor, he already controls her estate, her public image, and any money from the marshall estate. With Danny dead and Dannilynn held hostage, he has even more control. Since all of that was likely part of the plan, there is no further benefit to legal marriage, and it would have caused a lot more suspicion for him.

4. On the other hand, this "Ceremony" was obviously designed to be used in future a) in court, as essentially legal,like it was accidently in 'international water' and b) in the media, to position him of something as a life partner rather than a MOOTCH!!

A source who is an employee at the office of one of Stern's several lawyers says that Stern's team of advocates are "desperate" and "quite alarmed" that, despite their best efforts to sway public opinion in Mr. Stern's favor, polls indicate that the vast majority of respondents remain vehemently convinced that Stern played a role in the deaths of model Anna Nicole Smith, 39, and her 20-year old son Daniel Wayne Smith.

"The lawyers are scrambling," says the source, who prefers to remain anonymous. "I think they figured people would change their minds after the [autopsy] report was released."

On Monday of this week, Dr.Joshua Perper, Medical Examiner for Broward County in Florida, released his autopsy findings. Dr. Perper determined that Ms. Smith died as a result of a drug overdose and that her death was an accident.

Based on one recent poll, 9 out of 10 respondents did not agree that her death was an accident.

"The blogs are saying differently," our source said. "A lot of people are wondering how the medical examiner could base his findings on testimony that came from people who would be the first ones to lie if they had anything to hide."

According to our source, the internet is filled with blogs, or message boards, where the public can post their opinions about the Anna Nicole Smith case. One such blog can be found at TMZ.com, an entertainment site that posts news related story about celebrities.

"Mr. Stern's folks have been monitoring the blogs for months now," our source said. "They've been trying really hard to change people minds [about Mr. Stern]. The problem has mushroomed and it’s beyond their capabilities to handle.

"I suppose because they're figuring he may be facing charges here [in the United States], they hired our agency. Part of our job will be to go on the blogs and try to get people to change their minds about their client. People's opinions can affect the jury pool and change the outcome of a trial."

Coincidentally, Mr. Stern's concerns about a tainted jury resulted in an unexpected delay in yesterday's inquest proceedings in the Bahamas. The delay came about because of Mr. Stern's wish to do away with the jury or at least have the opportunity to question the 7-person panel about their impartiality. Such a request is unprecedented. The inquest procedure is rooted in a Common Law tradition dating back almost 300 years.

Howard did not have to wait to marry Anna in order to get her money. He's already the executor of her estate and never changed the will to include Dannielynn. So, after Daniel's death, without changing the will, Howard gets all the money. Except, of course, if the baby's daddy proves to be someone else...which is exactly why he's fighting the DNA tests.

So why would he/did he kill her? Has anyone noticed that the only other first-hand witness to Daniel's death (besides Howard) is now DEAD?

Look, from the Bahamas inquest witness list (and statements they've already given to police) it is clear that this legal process could be much more damaging to Howard than Anna's death...because he controlled the latter scenario. In the Bahamas case, people who were NOT under his control or on his payroll (unlike those in Miami) overheard things, saw him flushing pills, headr Anna accuse him, etc. ...and were even contacted by Daniel to investigate Howard because he feared for his mother's life...and they will all so testify.

The only witness Howard could keep from testifying was Anna. And she was silenced forever, right before the inquest.

But, Howard, you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time...but you underestimated the public who see through your lies
and will not rest until justice is done for Anna and Daniel.

Why didn't TASMA JUST DIAL 911 LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPASSIONATE HUMAN BEING WOULD DO regardless of ANNA'S wishes (ESPECIALLY when she was COMPLETLY DRUGGED?

521. HKS is the worst thing that could have happened to ANS. I do not understand how can get away with holding Dannilynn hostage. I know his name is on the birth certificate but who cares he is not fit to take of a dog let alone a child. Larry Birkhead deserves Dannilynn he is the real father. There is no damaging evidence following him around. He needs to get out of picture altogether. I do not think that is going to happen but this is ridiculous. He is an evil man.

522. Now I hear that HKS has appealed the DNA for next Tuesday this is just a ploy to stop Larry Birkhead from getting that baby. What do you think? What a tragic thing to happen if he should get that baby I believe that it all about the money. Another thing where was HKS when ANS died? Out after a yacht that she was paying for. I can not look at that man with out getting nauseated.

523. Another thing I had heard that at one point HKS had injected ANS with a needle in the buttox I do not remember when I heard it but at one point. I was wondering why Jamie Floyd said on court TV that the DNA was rejected. Maybe I heard her wrong. This whole ANS saga bothers me. I guess it is the baby. I am concerned that HKS might get her. That would be a terrible wrong. The fact what he did to Dannilynn's mother with the facilitating of all those drugs. In the last few months that she lived it did not look like her. She always looked wasted. That was the way he wanted her to look. By the way the reason he does not want to take a DNA is he knows he is not the father. Also he thinks he has the system beat because he is on the birth certificate. He has the upper hand and he knows it. I feel sorry for Larry Birkhead he has tried so hard and it just seems he is on an uphill battle. HKS knows he holds all the cards. Larry you go!

525. I do not understand why HKS can demand Larry Birkhead to show evidence about his allegations of being Dannilynn father when he gave DNA testing and HKS refuses. It seems like he has a lot of clout. How can he get away with this? It does not seem as if Larry Birkhead will ever get that baby. HKS holds all the cards. I believe that is so wrong. Is there something Larry can do to put HKS out of the picture. Who doe he think he is?
