People keep sayin’ I took drugs but I ain’t never took no drugs. I was in the rehab place but it was cuz the doctor gave me some pills – but I ain’t never took no drugs cuz’ I just don’t do no drugs and my boy ain’t never took no drugs neither. Let's just hope and pray there is more justice in the Bahamas than here in the United States. I am so hoping the Bahamian Courts will go forward with a full inquest and have every witness necessary come into their courtroom and testify before the 7 individuals. His attorneys are all slum bags!! Are they hoping to make a name for themselves? Their day, too, will come. Keep it going, STERN DID THIS!!!

you are sooooooo right! howard is nothing but a witness! yet his lawyers are trying to turn a search for the truth about danny's death into a precedent for the custody battle to come ........... theyre already suspected of corruption in the shane gibson issue ........... if Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez changes procedure just because the Wayne Munroe (lawyer for "the estate of anna nicole smith) wants him to do so ................... that should cause an uproar among the ordinary citizens of the bahamas!

73. The court of public opinion has already spoken. Howard Stern IS GUILTY. His life is over no matter what the outcome is in the courts.
There will never be a ruling that gives a penny of the Marshalls money to ANS estate. He has wasted his life waiting for that 6%. As soon as he loses custody of the baby he will have nothing left to sell, no one left to live off and use.

HKS is guilty of procuring prescriptions in HIS name for her. That makes the drugs illegal even if it was through a prescription. He is a LAWYER, he KNOWS it is illegal. The so called doctor Kris couldn't write prescriptions for her so where were they getting all the drugs?HKS knows he is NOT the father that is why he is avoiding DNA and relying on the fraudulent birth certificate.HKS managed to set up cooperations to hide her assets in that he now controls.These are just a few of the reasons people hate him and it has little to do with ANS actual death so the autopsy results are not really effecting the negative public opinion of the man nor will it even if it is considered accidental in the Bahamas too. Everyone is expecting him to say Daniel got the drugs he ODed on from his mother, everyone expects him to avoid all responsibilty there too but it will not make everyone go WELL, OKEY-DOKE that is all right then, no he will continue to be hated, particularly over holding that baby hostage in order to profit and live off her too.
