I can't wait to hear Anna tell the world Howard is guitly of nothing exspecially of killer her beloved son. She knew how much Howard also loved him. Do you honestly think that Anna would commit herself to him, live with him and raise their child with him if she for a minute though Howard killed her beloved son ? I think not, not even drugged would she want to. That is such a far fetched theary. Another media edge to keep the popularity and make money off the Anna story.

48. The court of public opinion has already spoken. Howard Stern IS GUILTY. His life is over no matter what the outcome is in the courts.
There will never be a ruling that gives a penny of the Marshalls money to ANS estate. He has wasted his life waiting for that 6%. As soon as he loses custody of the baby he will have nothing left to sell, no one left to live off and use.

HKS is guilty of procuring prescriptions in HIS name for her. That makes the drugs illegal even if it was through a prescription. He is a LAWYER, he KNOWS it is illegal. The so called doctor Kris couldn't write prescriptions for her so where were they getting all the drugs?HKS knows he is NOT the father that is why he is avoiding DNA and relying on the fraudulent birth certificate.HKS managed to set up cooperations to hide her assets in that he now controls.These are just a few of the reasons people hate him and it has little to do with ANS actual death so the autopsy results are not really effecting the negative public opinion of the man nor will it even if it is considered accidental in the Bahamas too. Everyone is expecting him to say Daniel got the drugs he ODed on from his mother, everyone expects him to avoid all responsibilty there too but it will not make everyone go WELL, OKEY-DOKE that is all right then, no he will continue to be hated, particularly over holding that baby hostage in order to profit and live off her too.

I started questioning Perper's motives when he called the court in Florida after he was contacted by Stern's lawyers concerning the state of the body. While James Brown had been laying around for 2 months, it just seemed odd for him to get so involved in that court hearing. And now this cause of death? Clearly he has spent quite a bit of time with the Stern folks and is buying their tales hook, line and sinker. And in the Court in Florida, all we heard was how suicidal she was, even crawling into the casket and buying 4 plots. Now, with the cause of death ruling, these same folks are saying she "was looking forward to her future". HUH????? And tonight we have Dr Perper starring on ET! As Greta keeps saying, "follow the money".

88. Anyone hear toight where the PI Daniel wanted to hire said when Daniel was on the phone with Anna, she told Daniel, you have a little girl. (Not a little sister) but a little girl. And he asked Anna if he could come see her. Maybe Dannielynn is Daniel's daughter and that is the "truth" Howard was talking about at the funeral when she said we know the truth Anna. Plus it is kind of strange with the 2 tattoos on Anna's lower abdomin, on one side it says pappas and on the other side it says Daniels. hmmmm............

Seems pretty unusual that Howards lawyers could hold up the court inquest in the Bahamas by stating a jury could be prejudiced by all the publicity. Howard hasn't been accused, but they seem awfully worried about it by stalling the inquest and aking for a ruling without a jury. Just my opinion

89. STERN DID THIS: Whether there even was a murder is what the inquest is supposed to decide. However, poor Anna's condition just after giving birth and just after seeing her beloved son die cannot by any stretch of the imagination be one of coherence. The poor woman was utter distraught and inconsolable. Please, do not think that I am condoning homicide; I just don't want to make any rash judgments. I do believe that Stern's conduct during this entire situation is reprehensible; I am just not ready to accuse him of murder.
