92. On Monday Feb 5th., Anna's temperature was 105 degrees and she "categorically" refused to go to the hospital. Hello!!! didn't they know that the "Doctor on Call" is one of the services offered at the hotel???
The most suspicious thing I read in the Investigative Report about her death was regarding the day she died. The report says that she was still in bed and HK$ "called her out" in front of his ALIBI, I mean, his guests (King Eric and his party) to arouse her. It looks like a really old trick to me since he was sure his guests wouldn't bother her while she was resting, only HK$ knew ............................. it was forever!!!

With those FRIENDS why do I need any ENEMIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And... if Anna and her son were drug users, they knew how to not overdose themselves, I don't buy that they did it and in both cases was HK$ the only one present.... GET A CLUE!!!!

I wish alot of others would as well.This media circus is going to make it extremly hard for him to trust the world so he can raise this innocent child up right.That was one of the reasons Anna left was because of the media.She wanted to live quietly.Everytime Howard gets a positive light the media spins another tail so the gossip will continue.They talk about him living off of Anna well they are as well so how are they any less guilty of her death ???

97. I believe that Anna will defend her drug dealer, Howard K. Stern. She watched him destroy all of her other relationships and didn't stop him. She let him hang up on Daniel when he tried to call.

I heard a clip of Howard saying that Anna had tried to protect him, and this is probably what he meant.

98. so was howard in the room with anna when she gave her statement? i can't see police letting him tell her what to say.

why are his attorney's acting like he is on trial. he is only a witness! all the inquest is for is to determine if there is enough evidence to charge someone. personally howie needs to shut his attorney's up(especially ms. barfbag!) to me they are making him look more guilty by side stepping all the questions they are ask.

this is like a train wreck. you don't want to watch but you can't help it.

Here is my rebuttal, but first you are reacting WAY OVER THE TOP and not being able to contain yourself in an objective way.

1. This is a man who worked very hard on her case, spent thousands of hours preparing for her case, and who WON her case in the SUPREME COURT. This is a man, who if it weren't for him, we probably wouldn't be talking about Anna Nicole in the first place, as she would have not one red cent possibility beyond what the Texas jury ruled, which was NOTHING.

2. YOU are NOT watching all the video tapes, expecially the video tapes AFTER Daniel's death. Go to ETonline and look through their archives. You will see VERY LOVING gestures to him and lots of affection---NO hate there!

3. Where do you have verification of this? You are throwing that allegation out there and have ZERO knowledge to back yourself up. Furthermore, literally everyone around Anna Nicole said she had a mind of her own. Furthermore, she WENT to the doctors herself. She CALLED the doctors herself. And, LASTLY, Anna Nicole began her drug using days YEARS BEFORE SHE MET HOWARD STERN.

4. Anna signed up for shows, and Anna did what Anna wanted to do, period.

5. Anna had a mind of her own, as demonstrated on the VIDEOS after Daniel's death. She had one trusted friend and attorney, and that was Howard K. Stern, and that is it. Anna could leave him anytime she wanted IF SHE WANTED TO DO SO.

6. Howard NEVER GOT THE BOOT from Anna. Are you kidding? Good grief, you're nuts. Ironically, it was LARRY that GOT THE BOOT, remember?

7. This Private Investigator has NOT been challenged. He appears incredible to me and couldn't even remember Howard Stern's name on the FIRST appearance on the Nancy Grace Show. Palease. I would venture to guess that while the PI may have met Daniel once and given him a business card, as many would have done, that he has NOT ONE SHRED OF VERIFICATION, NOT ONE CELL PHONE CALL RECORD from Daniel. He is an opportunist, in my opinion. And, what better way to get on TV than to bash Howard Stern.

8. This is a bald faced LIE. Ford Shelley testified already that it was G.Ben Thompson and himself who FIRST made the suggestion to go to the Bahamas, NOT Howard.

9. WHERE is your proof?? You do not know he had to get "permission"!!

10. That comment was reported in TABLOID journalism. It has not been verified in the least.

11. The interviews of Anna when she spoke about Daniel and her mother Virgie were stone sober interviews. She was not "high" in my book. Just because a person is a user does not mean that they are "high" ALL THE TIME. Please, THINK.

12. You have NO PROOF of this allegation.

13. Howard NEVER said to any reporters that he wasn't in the hospital room when Daniel died....NEVER.

14. Howard Stern is loyal to Anna and what she wanted. Furthermore, there is no doubt in my mind that there was some OTHER reason that Anna needed to be away from Larry Birkhead. Does THREATENING her to file charges for FULL custody maybe make sense?

You make SENSATIONAL ALLEGATIONS that are ALL unfounded.

She had six months to leave or kick him to the curve if it was so. I think this is going to tell the world what happen. It might prove to be a accident just like with her.Who is to say that he didn't get it from his own mother. He was on lexpor and another drug even virigie told that in court how would she have known unless he had been on it befor.If i am not mistaken i think ben thompson was in the hosptial room at one point in time. 105. TO HOWARD DIDN'T KILL ANYBODY

What Dr. Perper said was that from the level of drugs in Anna's system his findings were accidental overdose. He didn't say Howard was not giving Anna medication, because except for what Howard told him, he has no way of knowing, and he said that also.

Moe said that Howard was giving Anna a lot of medications in the months prior to her death, do I trust Moe? Not much more than I do Howard.

Even if it was an accidental overdose, which I am willing to concede, Howard is still responsible for enabling. Some are saying some really nasty things about everyone involved in this matter, but Howard is the only one who is a sympathy jerker. He wants us all to feel sorry for him. Even if it was an accident, he helped it to happen.

As for Krusty Barf, she is a really angry, harmonal women. Maybe if she comes into some money of her own, Howard can be her attorney. Sweet!

Howard is a controlling, lying, greedy, self-serving scum bucket! THERE I'VE SAID IT AGAIN.
