Will's Little "Landlord"

Click to play!A two-minute comedy video of Will Ferrell fighting with his landlord would be funny. But when you make the landlord a 2-year-old girl with a temper and a drinking problem, you've got comedy gold.

The viral video is called "The Landlord," a simple production between Ferrell and longtime collaborator Adam McKay. It's McKay's 2-year-old daughter who plays Pearl, Ferrell's verbally abusive landlord with a penchant for beer.

The video appears on FunnyOrDie.com, a website the duo's production company created as a place for them (and other, lesser-known comedians) to show off their short videos.

McKay told the L.A. Times that he's not worried about his daughter picking up bad language: "She's in that phase right now where you can repeat anything to her and she won't remember it." Kids saying "bitch" is always funny.

16. This is wrong, but its okay to pull a kid out of school (and their childhood) and plop them on a movie or sitcom set for 12 hours a day?!? Whatever!

17. As a mother of twin boys I had a little bad habit of walking into their bedroom early in the morning to see the mess these two had waiting for me. My days were so screwed--while one slept, the other one was up. Months people--of this. Anyways, the first things out of my mouth were curses and of course, was picked up by the boys. S***, F***, or OMG was used by these two for awhile. Believe me I'm not proud of that...sounded really cute with their baby voices. But it still made me cringe. I stopped saying such things and so did they.
Happy to say they are 17 years old and would not curse in front of me. They have no recollection of ever saying those words around the house before.

19. As a concerned parent (and elementary PTA president) that is the funniest thing I've seen in days! That baby won't remember a thing. When my kid was that age my husband tought her to order whiskey from waiters. She doesn't remember, but I'll bet all the waiters do! Pearl is a doll. I'd pay her, don't piss her off anymore. She isn't kidding. :)

20. Not another TMZ Will Ferrell glorification...this guy is the most overdone, over exploited actor alive. A new movie every other month, with about one out of five being funny. I'm tired of the "look whos talking" baby talk and toddler acting roles this guy plays---and now a homemade video of him gets put out there. Yeah its kinda funny if you like laughing at a kids expense, he ought to stay home and spend more time with his own, rather than on another movie set or talk show.

His shtick is getting old from the overkill and over exposure.

25. That video was hilarious! To the people taking it far too seriously & NOT seeing the humour in it......Get real! And while you're at it, get over yourselves....It's a comedy sketch, it's not abusive, it's funny.....I loved it & obviously, so did a lot of other people too

27. That was the FUNNIEST thing I have seen in a long, long time! I cried all my mascara off! BTW, I have 2 kids AND a sense of humor. This is pretty innocent. Mary, you need to spend more time worrying about SERIOUS problems like child pornography. Get a life.

29. i have three kids,all teenagers, all of them had a word they used. my 21 yr old daughters word was bitch. that was all that came from her little lips for so long. to this day she has no memory of that word, pearl will not remember either.lets save childrens services for the kids that are dying every day at the hands of evil, that lady needs a valume!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
