47. Troubled pop star Britney Spears is planning wedding number three despite rumours she could lose her children as a result, according to US reports.
It is believed the attention-grabbing singer is planning a shock Las Vegas wedding to close friend and confident Sam Lufti.
The news comes Britney continues an ongoing child custody dispute with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The disgraced mother-of-two has been warned that she could lose her two children altogether if she goes ahead with the wedding.
The Britney and Kevin, 29, have been arguing for months over custody of their sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James.
Friends claim the recently out-of-control star has already informed her lawyers and ex-husband of her nuptials.
Sadly for Britney, 26, not many people have rushed to congratulate her, with an insider alleging to Star magazine: "[The lawyers] begged her to a least get a prenup, but she didn't seem to be listening."
Meanwhile, Federline is so angry he wants a restraining order.
A family friend explained: "Kevin has seen Sam lose his temper.
"We hear he swears a lot and makes very derogatory statements when he's alone with Brit.
"Kevin has forbidden Britney from having Sam around the boys.
"In fact, Kevin has threatened to get a restraining order. She'll lose custody if she allows Sam around them, Kevin will make sure of it" said the insider.
The "Piece of Me" singer's friends also have warned that Lufti is only with Britney for the luxury lifestyle that comes with dating an international popstar.
"Britney is completely under Sam's spell. Everyone sees through him, except her," said on friend.
"I hear that he stays with her most the time, and she pays for his food, his bar and restaurant tabs and clothing. She takes care of everything."
The Vegas wedding would mean a third marriage for Spears, following her two year marriage to Federline in 2004 and a 55 hour Vegas marriage to Jason Alexander back on January 3 in the same year.

60. Umm, you do realize that Brit did NOT give this outfit or any outfit this guy from TMZ has for auction? People throw out clothes all the time when they don't want them anymore. Could it be these so called pappz or reporters dug into her garbage, as it has been doen to so many other celebs (then you'll see their clothes on e-bay for auction, happened to George Clooney, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore, the list goes on)? Like Britney is going to actually give this TMZ reporter her clothes to auction on E-Bay, Yeah, right. Just another day of Brit bashing & negattive report by good ol TMZ, nothing else to report even though going to get gas or a cup of coffee, like every person does in a average day. To those who say she should get a cook, a coffee maker & stay home, need to get real. How would you like someone told you, you can not leave your home, you need to be inside all the time? Don't think you would like it. It's not like she is partying every night, she stopped that, she goes out for an hr or two then goes home. What's the big deal? She has never been arrested for DUI's, she always is calm & never loses her temper with the pappz even though they deserve it. Some of you complain that we bring up what Kevin did to her in the past, stating it doesn't matter what happened before, now matters. But with Brit, you guys bring up the past. Double standard, that's all I'm saying. People tend to forget, Kevin was never there when she gave birth to their two little boys, he was always out & @ times never came home for day, while Brit stayed home caring for the babies as well as caring for Kevin's other daughter from Shar. People tend to forget that, oh yeah, that's right, that's in the past, it doesn't matter now because Kevin is a "great" dad. How come he is not being tron to shreds too since he did NOT give his depostion as of yet? He missed his as well but you don't hear Brit's lawyer making a public statement or demading he be held accountable. But it's Brit, she gets bashed to no end. His lawyer is going to try to have the judge stop Brit's lawyer form taking KFed's depo till Brit gives her's? Please, if she has to give hers, so DOES he. What is he hiding? He too had a year to give his deposition but yet everyone is like having a basket case over Brit. It's all a double standard, it's ok for him but not for her. I'm just stating my opinion & no, I am not a Brit fan, just stating what I read & how I feel. I just want her little boys to be happy, healthy, & be able to be with their mom too (these boys need their mother).
