The people behind "This Is It" are furious over reports that the Michael Jackson featured in the movie is a body double -- claiming those reports are "pure garbage."
The controversy began earlier this month after Joe Jackson claimed the media was going to "tear this movie apart" -- and insisted it was "mostly body doubles."
But a rep from Sony -- co-producers of the flick -- tells TMZ, "This story is pure garbage and there are no body doubles.
Audiences will begin to see the film tomorrow and every time they see The King of Pop they will know that every frame is unquestionably Michael as he rehearses and prepares for the London concerts that were to have begun this past summer."
She's slept with a lot of people -- a LOT of people -- but Shauna Sand claims she's definitely not a notch on her stepson's belt ... despite what her ex-husband's reality show may lead some to believe.
Sand claims the first episode of "Leave it to Lamas" was based around a "lie" that she knocked boots with Lorenzo's son. A.J. But Shauna says it never, ever happened, and released the following statement:
"It turned out the whole first episode of "Leave it to Lamas" revolved around a lie that the Lamas family concocted about me sleeping with my step-son A.J.
It is absolutely untrue and I'm sick of being used and ridiculed by this family for the benefit of their show. "
So there you have it -- the one man who hasn't slept with Shauna Sand.
With reports swirling that they broke up last month, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake held hands while leaving a restaurant in Northern California on Monday.
The idea that two celebs can stay together can be hard to swallow.
UPDATE: Sources close to couple tell us they are definitely still together, and that the "picture speaks for itself."
Pam Anderson -- former actress/financial maven -- is coming out with both barrels blazing to refute reports she's gone bankrupt.
According to an article that made the rounds, Pammy is allegedly more than $1.2 million in debt -- including over $600k to a construction company that filed a lien against her.
Pam released the following statement:
"It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors. My lawyers are reviewing the work done to see if the bills are fair. If they are, they'll be paid. If they aren't, they won't be."
But Pam does seem to hint at some financial issues, saying, "Mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid."
Reports that Kelis and Nas have reconciled are greatly exaggerated -- because the divorce is still full steam ahead.
There are photos of them together earlier this month, looking like a reconciliation was possible. But we're told Kelis is moving forward with the divorce and the November 20 hearing is still on.
We now know how that Jaclyn Smith gunshot wound story got started yesterday -- Jaclyn wasn't shot in Honduras, but her stunt double was.
Sandra Franklin, a woman who doubled for Smith on "Charlie's Angels," is reportedly in stable condition after getting shot in the abdomen in her home on Roatan Island, off the Honduran coast.
Jaclyn Smith is not dead -- and to prove it, she's writing on her Twitter page.
There are several reports popping up all over the place claiming the "Charlie's Angel" was shot in her home in Honduras -- but she's not even in Honduras ... so, by process of elimination ... we have concluded she could not have been shot there.
Plus, her publicist Jay Schwartz just told us this, "She is alive and well in Los Angeles ... I spoke to her this morning."
Also, Jaclyn posted the following message on her Twitter page -- Jaclyn is safe and home with her family. She is not in Honduras. It is a lie. >cc
The Khloe Kardashian/Lamar Odom wedding rumors must be true -- since when does any member of the Kardashian family turn down the chance to talk to a camera?
No, it's not a storyline on "Guiding Light" (RIP) -- but rather the latest chapter in the John Edwards mistress scandal.
The guy who once claimed he was the father of the child born to Edwards' mistress, Rielle Hunter, is now claiming Edwards is the real daddy (duh!) and that Edwards once promised Hunter he would marry her after his wife died (she's sick with cancer) -- this according to a book proposal obtained by the NY Times.
Andrew Young, Edwards' former aide, claims Edwards told Hunter it would be a rooftop wedding and the Dave Matthews Band would make an appearance, the Times says.
Because it's the dream of every major recording artist to play at the wedding of a disgraced politician to the mistress they had a child out of wedlock with after the politician's first wife dies of cancer.
If Matt Damon died in the treacherous mountains of Palos Verdes, it's certainly news to him.
Damon was on Letterman last night, where when asked about a ridiculous fake articlethat announced his death -- which INCORRECTLY cited TMZ as a source -- Matt replied, "I haven't heard, but I feel pretty good."
Ellen Pompeo, her husband and her insane baby bump stepped out together in Beverly Hills yesterday -- in an assumed attempt to squash those pesky infidelity rumors.
Despite some reports that hubby Chris Ivery is gettin' down with a 19-year-old waitress, the extremely pregnant "Grey's Anatomy" star appeared to be happy as she clutched tightly to her man's hand outside a Gucci store.
Take it for what it's worth -- but they sure had our photog convinced.
Another one down -- Mary J. Blige is the second big performer to deny being involved in Jermaine Jackson's Vienna tribute concert for Michael.
Jermaine claimed Mary was on board for the concert during a press conference yesterday -- but when we saw Mary and her husband/manager out last night in NYC, they had no idea what we were talking about. Chris Brown -- who J.J. also claimed was going to perform -- has also denied being involved in event.
Harvey Levin You're not the only one who thinks T.O. isn't doing that well this season... http://su.pr/5bNNfP

Kevin Smith After Edmonton Q&A, I will have put 20,000 asses in seats over 12 cities/13 shows, both here and abroad. Fun, but now I'm ready to write.
