Billy Mays III -- the late pitchman's son -- is hosting a Billy Mays costume contest for Halloween in honor of his dead father ... and get this, zombie Billy Mays submissions are encouraged.
Little Billy posted the following on his website:
"Halloween is approaching rapidly and it goes without saying that "deceased celebrities" (and balloon boy) will most likely be a huge theme at every gathering.
There will no doubt be a multitude of people dressed as Billy Mays (or zombie Billy Mays).. it is one of the easiest costumes of all time to put together. (Beard, blue button-down, khakis, prop product, etc..)"
Billy wants people to send him pics of their Billy getups -- the winner gets a bunch of prizes ... including, of course, a tub of OxiClean.

Need a Halloween costume that will scare the pants off two men who can't get married? Then Carrie Prejean has the perfect disguise for you ... and it's not as "biblically correct" as you might expect. 
Prejean is currently being featured on several costume websites modeling outfits that could easily be worn by a stripper.
Carrie took the job modeling the Women of Marvel costume line last year -- before her infamous anti-opposite marriage moment at the Miss USA pageant -- though the costumes are just now being released. Carrie even rocked the wholesome getup down the runway at Comic Con 2008.
We're told the costume company tried to get Carrie to model another Hoochie-ween line this summer, but the starlet told them she was "too busy with Miss California."

In an attempt to promote his late night talk show, Jimmy Fallon wore some sort of solar paneled spandex superhero getup at Comic Con in San Diego this weekend.
The 34-year-old is doing whatever he can to get it up -- his ratings that is.

Regarding the Kiefer Sutherland headbutting incident in NYC Monday night ... new details from law enforcement, and they back up Kiefer's story that Brooke Shields was in the middle of the spat that left designer Jack McCollough injured.
According to one law enforcement source, "Brooke was definitely involved." As we reported, Kiefer and witnesses say McCollough pushed Brooke and Kiefer stepped in and demanded he apologize to her. Kiefer's peeps say Jack pushed Kiefer, and the actor responded with a headbutt.
There are reports Kiefer was drunk at the time of the incident.
Law enforcement sources also tell us they have been in touch with FOX studios, asking for them to arrange a time when cops can interview Kiefer.

Justin Timberlake revived his hit video from SNL by hitting the stage in NYC ... with his d**k in a box!
The superstar singer had fans on their feet last night at Madison Square Garden when he surprised them by appearing in full costume (box included) and reenacting the "D**k in a Box" song with Andy Samberg.
That's one present Cameron is going to miss next Christmas.

Long before George Lucas "enhanced" the original "Star Wars" trilogy with computer graphics so we could enjoy five extra minutes of Rontos walking around Tatooine, Disney released the nerd favorite, "Tron."
The epic battle of between Tron and the MCP (Master Control Program) gave hope to 80's geeks that one day, they too could vanquish evil corporate computers with a glowing Frisbee. To help fulfill that quest, eBay has an auction for a costume from the original movie.
This is way cooler than any homemade suit, all you need now is a Light Cycle.

Hollywood. It's a jungle out there.
Yesterday, Leo DiCaprio went on a street safari down Hollywood Blvd. searching for the perfect Halloween costume with his buddies. After ducking in and out of stores, the group settled on the primate look, scooping up a few gorilla outfits.
"The Departed" actor couldn't wait to check out his new mask as they left the costume store, but his friend beat him to the punch by rocking the whole gorilla ensemble right on street.
While Leo always likes to dive deep into his roles, we're hoping he stays away from poo flinging.

Captain Jack Sparrow, a.k.a. Johnny Depp, disembarked from his modern day Black Pearl Wednesday in Palos Verdes, Calif.
Depp was back in costume - wig, eyeliner, dreadlocks and puffy shirt- to continue filming parts of "Pirates of the Caribbean 3." The Oscar-nominated actor boarded a small transfer boat and made his way to the real (at least real onscreen) Black Pearl, currently anchored off the coast.
But not all of the movie is being filmed in the water, they have also recreated the famous ship on a Disney sound stage just beyond the Hollywood Hills in Burbank.
You're just going to have to be patient, however, to get your Sparrow fix. The third installment doesn't hit theaters till May of 2007.
